Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP S4 HANA FICO, SD & MM modules.
Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization through the effective use of SAP S4 FICO & SD HANA.
Configure SAP S4 HANA FICO and SD modules based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Work with System Integrators / Software Vendors to implement solutions/enhancements/projects
Design and document functional specifications for SAP S4 HANA solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable for future growth.
Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the system meets the specified requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use the SAP S4 HANA system.
Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation of SAP S4 HANA projects.
Work closely with IT, finance, supply chain, Service and other departments to ensure seamless integration of SAP S4 HANA with other enterprise systems.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of business processes, system configurations, and functional specifications.
Stay current with the latest SAP S4 HANA updates and industry trends to recommend new features or improvements to the system.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

In-depth knowledge of SAP S4 HANA FICO modules with working knowledge on MM, Procurement, SD modules.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP S4 HANA – FICO modules.
Proven experience in full-cycle SAP S4 HANA FICO implementations and upgrades.
Knowledge of S4 HANA SD, MM, HubSpot, Concur and Integrations would be a plus.
