Job Title – SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (Germany or Switzerland)

· We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP HCM German/Switzerland Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Swiss payroll landscape and SAP PY-CH functionality. They will be responsible for providing end-to-end payroll support to our clients, including system configuration, implementation, and support.

Responsibility:

· Configure and implement SAP PY-CH to meet the specific needs of our clients.
·

· Provide training and support to clients on SAP PY-CH
·

· Develop and maintain payroll reports and analysis
·

· Stay up-to-date on German/Swiss payroll regulations and changes
·

· Troubleshoot payroll problems and provide solutions.
·

· Work with other team members to deliver successful payroll projects.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., accounting, finance, human resources)
·

· 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll, with a focus on German/Swiss payroll
·

· Strong understanding of Swiss payroll regulations and tax laws
·

· Experience with SAP PY-CH configuration and implementation
·

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·

· Experience with SAP HCM Payroll for Switzerland
·

· Provide Consulting for German/Swiss Payroll
