Job Tittle : SAP QA Analyst

Location : Remote

Duration : 6 months+ (long term role, likely extension)
Visa : NO H1B

They must have clear and concise English and the patience to work with Neurodivergnt co-workers.

Additional info:
Role is completely remote
Open to candidates only in EST or CST (no Pacific time zone!)
End client is Bristol Myers Squibb – a Pharmaceuticals company
Interview process
Screen/meet and greet with Ashley Linville (Recruiter) – very low pressure, talk about interest in the role, when able to start, general overview of their last role (conversational)
1st round – virtual call with CAI Service Delivery Manager John – 30 min video call, talk about the role itself, behavioral interview questions, not technical
2nd round – virtual call with Bristol Myers Squibb SAP and QA employees – 30 minutes, Technical!
3rd round – more of a formality, call with worker from their NDS (Neuro Diverse Solutions) group
Challenges/top skills:
Do not want a strict QA person; also want functional SAP experience
This includes candidates having at least one of the following within the SAP modules (while multiple are preferred, only one is necessary:
Order to Cash (OTC)
Invoice to Pay (I2P)
Record to Report (RTR)
Enable to Order (ETO)
Intercompany/Trolling
Planning (PL)
Logistics
Quality Management (QM)
Master Data Governance – Material (MDG-M)
Management of Change (MOC)
Having candidates that are patient and communicative because they will be working with neuro diverse employees at the company
Pharmaceutical industry experience is a must
Do not need in depth QA background (will not accept strict QA candidates)
Bachelor’s degree is required
