Job Description

Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Carlsbad, CA (Remote with occasional travel)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP implementation & roll out projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, providing expert guidance on SAP FICO solutions.
Utilize your deep understanding of SAP ECC and S4 HANA to design, configure, and implement financial and controlling processes.
Demonstrate proficiency in integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules and external systems.
Occasional travel to California may be required.

Qualifications:

15-20 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
Proven experience in SAP ECC and S4 HANA implementations.
Strong expertise in SAP finance and controlling modules, including configuration and customization.
Prior experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Nice to have: Previous experience working with Japanese customers or interacting with Japanese teams. Knowledge of Japanese business culture or travel to Japan is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
