Job Title: Junior Insurance Business Analyst – (6 to 8 Years Experience)
Location: Jersey City, NJ (It’s day onsite role)
Duration: Long term
Responsibilities:
Guidewire Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Guidewire platforms, including ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and/or BillingCenter. Ability to configure and optimize these systems to meet business requirements.
Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of insurance business processes, requirements, and workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Requirements Gathering: Leverage strong communication skills to elicit and document detailed business requirements. Work closely with various teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business objectives.
System Configuration: Hands-on experience in configuring Guidewire systems based on business requirements. Customize and enhance functionalities to align with insurance industry standards and best practices.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and ensure they meet specified requirements. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations. Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments, including IT, underwriting, claims, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire solutions and alignment with overall business goals.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges related to Guidewire implementations
