Job Description
Responsibilities
· End user training, support, and troubleshooting
· Information technology and computer system support in Windows environment
· Participate and lead IT projects
· Execute hardware replacement strategy
· Assist with network backups and security
· Assist and learn support role for ERP and WMS software
· Technical contact on IT related matters
· Work with IT service providers for specialized and other support needs
Position Requirements
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware or software issues
· End user and PC support experience
· Windows server and domain administration training or experience
· Microsoft SQL server training or experience preferred
· ERP or WMS software training or experience a plus
· Self-motivated individual
· Strong communication skills
· Strong organization skills
· Occasional support and project activities outside of normal business hours
· Other duties as assigned
