Job Description
As an, experienced SAP FI/CO consultant, this role is responsible to gather business requirements, design the solution, prototype solution options, configure the solution, build, and resolve defects associated with testing the solution, and provide key implementation skills to deploy SAP S/4HANA.
Required
• 8-10+ years of experience in implementing SAP FI/CO
• Prior working experience in an Accounting role
• Prior Project Manager or Team Lead experience
• Experienced in the following key areas of SAP FI/CO functionality
o Accounts Payable
o SAP Fiori mandatory for core accounting activities
o Accounts Receivable
o General Ledger
o Cost Center Accounting
o Fixed Asset Accounting
o Internal Orders
o Bank Accounting
o Basic COPA understanding
• Served in Senior Consultant or Manager role for at least 3 – 4 full life cycle implementations of SAP FICO
• Exposure to SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects
• Must have experience with S/4HANA version 1809 or higher
• Prior consulting experience with a management or IT consulting firm
• Ability to work with onsite and remote project delivery models
• Experience working in the industrial manufacturing, process manufacturing, consumer products, or high tech manufacturing industries
• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience presenting to large groups focused on SAP solutions and functionality
• Business process analysis and design experience: seasoned business analysis skills, process mapping, business process design, and implementation skills
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
• SAP ACTIVATE methodology experience desired
• General consulting skills, including team facilitation, business case development, and business assessment/strategy
• Experience working collaboratively in teams comprised of US based and offshore staff
• Experience interacting with clients and building successful business relationships
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
Technical Skills needed:
Experience with technology in one or more of the following areas:
• SAP S/4HANA experience required (version 1809 or higher)
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, and Visio
• Basic understanding of the integration points between the following modules: SD, MM, and PP
• Good understanding of data migration processes, software development life cycle tasks, solution testing processes, business and technical cutover planning activities, and solution management processes
• CPA or equivalent skills desired
