Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the talent acquisition strategy to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Employee Engagement: Design and execute programs that foster a positive workplace culture, improve employee engagement, and increase retention.
Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Performance Management: Implement and manage a comprehensive performance management system to ensure continuous employee development and alignment with company goals.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support business needs and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Leadership Development: Provide coaching and guidance to managers and senior leaders on HR-related matters. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-growth startups or software product companies.
Demonstrated experience in scaling teams and implementing HR strategies that support rapid growth.
Comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR operations.
Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
