EQUIREMENTS
Education & Corresponding Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems or a related technical field is preferred.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in applicable fields, 5 years of experience is required.
With an Associate’s Degree in applicable fields, 7 years of experience is required.
Without an applicable degree, 9 years of experience is required.
Experience should include a combination of work-related experience on-the-job training and/or vocational training and should be consistent with the specific requirements of business systems analysis and progressively more technical in nature.
Required Technical Skills & Experience:
Broad knowledge of a variety of technical supply operations such as property/inventory management, contracting, and purchasing
Knowledge of building/maintaining automated management systems
Skilled in data analysis and reporting, especially defining reporting needs and constructing ad hoc reports.
Ability to develop actionable recommendations on system and process improvements regarding data storage and analytic systems.
Experience providing operational support for project management, data analysis and management, and business analysis.
Preferred Skills & Experience (optional):
Experience with Asset Suite, Sunflower Personal Property Management, or other supply chain automated systems.
Energy/Utility experience.
