About the job
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead with expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) for our operations Globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP PP and VC modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
SAP PP and VC Management: Lead and manage all aspects of SAP PP and VC including planning, configuration, documentation, and optimization.
Project Leadership: Oversee SAP projects related to PP and VC from initiation to completion. Manage timelines, resources, and budget for successful project execution.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze and understand business processes; provide recommendations for enhancement and efficiency using SAP PP and VC functionalities.
System Configuration and Testing: Configure SAP PP and VC modules to meet business requirements. Conduct rigorous testing to ensure systems meet functionality needs.
User Training and Support: Develop and provide training to end-users on SAP PP and VC modules. Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot any related issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other SAP module leads and IT team members to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and updates. Recommend and implement continuous improvements in the system.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP PP with strong knowledge in Variant Configuration (VC).
Proven track record of leading SAP PP and VC projects.
Solid understanding of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
