Job Description

HCM Implementation:
Lead the end-to-end implementation process of UKG HCM software, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of HCM solutions.
Collaborate with client and other relevant internal departments to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
System Configuration and Customization:
Configure UKG HCM modules (such as payroll, time and attendance, benefits, talent management, etc.) to meet client needs.
Customize HCM solutions to improve efficiency and address specific business requirements.
Ensure data integrity and system security by setting up appropriate user roles and permissions.
Training and Support:
Assist in development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for client staff and internal users to ensure effective utilization of the HCM system.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal users.
Assist in creating and maintaining user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
Provide day to day support for internal user system support questions
Data Management and Reporting:
Oversee data migration, data integrity, and data maintenance within the HCM.
Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making for HR and management teams.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for enhancements and optimization.
Stay current with UKG updates, new features, and best practices to continually improve HCM functionality.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to address technical issues and implement system upgrades.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, time and attendance, talent management, and compliance.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
