Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and other lead generation strategies.
Prospecting: Research and qualify potential clients in the US, Europe, and UK markets, understanding their needs and aligning them with our services.
Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges and present appropriate solutions.
Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely progression of leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align sales efforts with company goals and strategies.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelors degree
The candidate should be only from the from IT Services company
SAP experience is a must
3 years of experience in inside sales, specifically selling IT product engineering services.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the US, Europe, and UK markets for IT services industry.
Strong understanding of IT Product engineering and other services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated.
