Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage insolvency cases from inception to completion
Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks and adherence to regional practices
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders, to ensure all necessary information is received and communicated effectively.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with onshore teams involved in insolvency cases.
Monitor and control budgets, project plans and resources to ensure all work is completed to high standards, on time and within budget.
Oversee the work of the other team members, providing support and coaching when necessary.
Contribute to improving insolvency processes and procedures to maintain efficiency within the department.
Regular and proactive reporting to senior management on progress, problems, solutions, and key metrics.

Strong knowledge of insolvency laws, practices, and procedures.

Commercially aware, with an understanding of the key business drivers and potential risks involved in insolvency cases.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure, with a highly self-motivated, resilient and proactive approach.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and proficient in utilizing financial software packages.
Possession of or working towards an Insolvency Practitioner’s License would be advantageous.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Chartered Accountancy/ MBA in Finance from a premiere institute
Certified Insolvency Professional
7+ years of PQE in:
Insolvency firms that specialize in providing services related to insolvency, bankruptcy, restructuring, and financial advisory
Management Consultancy firms and Big 4’s
Large Indian corporates with exposure in restructuring activities, analytics, and corporate finance role
Exposure to IBC or equivalent code
