Job Description

Your Tasks:
Define, develop and deploy Customer Access & Identity Mangement enhancements to make online customer interactions convenient & effective; Define, develop and deploy customer registration and account
management journeys and completion funnels within Front End Solution products
Define and implement product roadmap to accomplish aligned and agreed product and conversion KPI targets
Act as major point of contact within Front End Solutions towards the wider business organization and steer IT demand planning by defining, developing and deploying effective internal and cross-functional working processes, securing optimal use of available developer and product owner resources. Build and maintain a strong relationship with Commercial Excellence and Marketing functions identifying and facilitating opportunities to leverage combined resources and tools. Understand customer behavior online and drive measures to improve customer engagement. Track and analyze data generated from various sources including company websites.
Define and own Front End solutions value propositions and ensure internal communication is leading to global adoption by managing the Customer Success manager relationship
Sustain digital Front End Solutions operations by development and enhancement of process & system documentation. Manage and steer 3rd party suppliers and agencies effectively

Your Profile:
Significant experience in digitalization of account creation & account management processes & online platform development in an international environment
Experience as digital product owner including Agile and Scrum working methodologies
Experience in defining online concepts, strategies and best practices
Experience with web analytics, tracking & measuring tools and techniques
Fostering collaboration & empowerment Impacting and influencing skill
