Job Description

Role: BlueCard Claims Test Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities:
Work in a Lead capacity at onsite, managing offshore-onshore QA activities covering the below job requisite :-
Review of software requirements and working closely with customer
Preparation of test cases
Ensures that all tests are conducted and documented according to the accepted standards.
Execution of tests , Reporting of defects
Should be able to pick up Test automation works during engagement and hence should have aptitude for automation.

Requirements:
Mandatory: 7+ years minimum of software testing expertise with at least 2 Year extensive experience handling Claims (BlueCard) in US healthcare domain
Experience in healthcare domain with claims exposure is mandatory.
Experience in Blue Card claims processing /ITS
Good understanding of Healthcare payor functions
Experience with testing Home and Host claims – SF/DF/RF transactions, Plan Connexion and Blue Square
Excellent understanding of 837I/P,834,270/271 x12 formats
Ability to lead a QA team and coordinate offshore-onshore QA activities.
Basic knowledge /work experience of Test automation (Selenium) is required: Should be able to pick up Test automation works during engagement and hence should have aptitude for automation.
Preparing industry-standard test case, result execution & testing result reporting mechanism
Hands on experience in Test management Tool – VSTS – Eurodemos good to have.
Proficiency in document and report writing.
Awareness of Software Development Life Cycle
Logical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency with Agile Development software
