Clinical Data Quality Specialist

100% Remote

12 Months Contract

Looking for 12 plus years of experience

This position is 60 Percent Functional and 40 percent Technical

1) Knowledge of CDISC Standards

2) Understand data and metadata in the clinical space and clinical trials and Research

3) Worked on one or more data quality tools like IDQ, Trillium etc and can create DQ Dashboards

4) Familiar with AWS /Azure

5) Coding Experience in Python and PySpark on AWS or Azure

6) Very good at SQL

· 8 years’ work experience in pre-clinical/clinical research to include minimum 2 years’ experience in data standards, with a strong emphasis on managing and applying CDISC Controlled Terminology

· B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in life sciences (i.e., Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Nursing), or related discipline

· Work independently, collaboratively as a member of a team, or successfully as a leader, with equal effectiveness

· Interact with staff across multiple of our company’s sites

· Mentor, guide, and provide direction to junior staff, as assigned

· The Vocabulary Specialist may lead or participate in:

· Internal clinical data standards forums

· Standards development teams and data governance reviews

· Strategic and process improvement/design projects

· Industry forums and standards development teams

· 2 to 4 years of Clinical Data Management

· Some knowledge of clinical trial process, DM, clinical operations, biometrics, and system applications to support operations

· Time management skill and ability to adhere to project productivity metrics and timelines

· Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with peers

· Good organizational ability, communication, and interpersonal skills
