Job Title: DX NetOps (CA Spectrum & CAPM) engineer
Work Location: Rosemead, CA

Job Description (CA Spectrum & Integrations):
• In-depth Knowledge and experience on design and implementation of DX NetOps (CA Spectrum & CAPM)
• Setup Discovery schedules, events and alarms.
• Good understanding of Spectrum generated Alarm and events and their resolution.
• Integration of Events from Spectrum for ticketing system, Preferably Service now and Remedy.
• Experience of event co-relation in spectrum and troubleshooting any issues raised by customer teams.
• Experience in integrating alerts from other monitoring and observability sources to Spectrum.
• Automation and scripting experience. Ability to write custom scripts to integrate events into spectrum.
• Experience in configuration of rules for self-healing
• Knowledge on Distributed Spectro SERVER Architecture & Fault-tolerant Spectro SERVER Architecture.
• Backup and Restore the Spectro SERVER Database. Worked on integration of Spectrum with CA/third party software
• Work with various server deliver teams to fine tune the monitoring environment
• Configure integration of events from Prometheus and Elastic stack to CA spectrum.
• Follow the ITIL standard best processes in design and implementation phase.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge in Linux / windows servers.
• CAPM Reports and automation.
• Well organized with a positive attitude, and ability to work and communicate with Customers, Vendors, and other internal groups as required.
