Job Description

IBM BAW Senior Developer (design and solutioning work (BAW on containers, Intermediate Java), New application development, production deployment support , debugging application issues etc.)

Role & Responsibilities

Analyze the requirements and implement technical solutions
Take ownership of the application development and ensure quality deliverables through best practices.
Support technical lead in estimation and design
Support in product deployment activities
Provide regular updates to lead/Architect on implementation progress and outstanding issues
Manage technical rollouts and post-deliverable activities
Mentor and guide technical teams
Identify technical risks and mitigation plans
Must be able to communicate the solution to customer stakeholders, technical SMEs.
Good understanding about IBM BPM/BAW architecture, Design & Implementation
Experience in BPM/BWA process designing.
Experience in BPM/BAW integration based on REST/SOAP/Email
Understanding of various BPM life cycle methodologies.
