Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience (10+ years) working with IBM Case Manager in designing, implementing, and supporting case management solutions.
Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation concepts.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing IBM Case Manager, including creating case types, case stages, case properties, and customizing user interfaces.
Experience with IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator, or similar enterprise content management systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
IBM Case Manager certification is highly desirable.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
Familiarity with SQL databases and web services.
