INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

LOCATION: PHILADELPHIA (REMOTE)

Primary skills:

IT Infrastructure Design and Implementation (L1/l2/L3 support)
Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance
Security and Compliance
Vendor and Budget Management.
Have experience on Office 365,Cloud Services, ITIL infra management and has worked on IT infra plan for at least 100 users end to end setup.
Secondary skills:

Proven experience in managing and leading IT infrastructure projects and teams.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, systems administration, virtualization, and storage technologies.
Proficiency in infrastructure design and architecture principles.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong understanding of cybersecuriy principles and best practices.
Financial and Supplier Management
Job Description:

Strategy and Design
Develop and deliver roadmaps for IT Infrastructure teams, such as, Networks, Microsoft, Systems Engineering, Datacentre Operations, Asset and Config Management.
Establish and maintain group wide standards and operational policy for End of Life hardware and software in accordance with risk appetite.
Analyzing technical needs, requirements, and state of the server, storage and virtualization infrastructure design, integration, and operations
Manage capacity planning of all production hardware servers and storage, proactively submit recommendations or proposals in order to meet business demand
Lead Support and maintenance of the new Hype converged and legacy Infrastructure
Financial and Supplier Management
Manage the Opex and Capex budgets for the department. Ensure budgets are planned appropriately and met within the financial year.
Deliver a multi-year change roadmap via an ongoing annual portfolio of change projects, successfully delivered to time, quality and cost.
Education (Qualifications Required):

Preferred candidate profile:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are a plus
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Computers
