Qualifications:

Proven experience as an RPG Programmer.
Strong proficiency in RPG programming language.
Familiarity with IBM iSeries (AS/400) environments is a plus.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Good communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
