Position Overview:We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Technical Salesforce Project Manager with a solid background in IT Healthcare Payer systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing Salesforce projects, ensuring the effective integration of technology solutions in the healthcare payer domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Salesforce, exhibit expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce implementations in healthcare payer environments.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Salesforce Expertise:
Showcase in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and its applications in healthcare payer systems.
Drive the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements.
Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and enhancements, integrating new features into project strategies.
Agile/Scrum Framework:
Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to project execution, fostering a collaborative and iterative development environment.
Conduct regular sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to optimize project workflows.
Champion Agile principles, promoting continuous improvement and adaptive responses to changing project requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with healthcare domain experts to align technology solutions with industry-specific requirements.
Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring cross-functional teams work seamlessly towards project objectives.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Implement robust quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of Salesforce implementations in healthcare payer contexts.
Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards, regulations, and data security requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in Salesforce implementations for healthcare payer systems.
Salesforce certification and demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce tools and technologies.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with relevant certifications being a plus.
Familiarity with healthcare payer systems, processes, and compliance standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
