Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field or, equivalent work experience of 1 year system’s experience for each year of education required or, 1 year of data management experience for each year of education.
Advanced knowledge of SAP ECC, CRM, BW and E-Portals, SAP Architecture
Minimum 8 years of development experience in any of the following: o SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CRM Web-UI, S/4HANA, B/4HANA, Enterprise Central Component (ECC), Business Intelligence/Warehouse (BI/BW) and/or Interfaces in SAP
Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in general and SAP Enterprise Services Architecture in particular.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a project lead with development staff in all phases of the
Software Development Life Cycle.
Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Ability to map business processes to technology — particularly SAP technology.
Knowledge of the SAP Business Process Platform.
Knowledge of the SAP Business Partner, Financials (GL and AR/AP), and CRM Case and Activity Management, S/4, B/4.
Knowledge of Web Services standards (SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, REST, WS-l, WSIL, XSD etc.).
Knowledge of the SAP IT Practices I IT Scenarios and how to map those to the client’sbusiness processes.
General knowledge of both the ABAP and Java stacks of the SAP Web Application Server (SAP WAS).
General knowledge of security on the ABAP stack (Users, Roles, Groups Profiles, SNC etc).
General knowledge of security on the Java stack (Users, Roles, and UME etc.).
General knowledge of the SAP Enterprise Portal architecture and administration.
Knowledge of Portal content design (Roles, iViews etc).
General knowledge of the SAP solutions for Knowledge Management and Collaboration (KM, Content Server etc.).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Working in a project-oriented environment.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with customers and to translate requirements into technical designs.
Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, self-directed, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Preferred:

Knowledge of the Department’s Child Support Automated Management System.
Knowledge reflected in SAP S/4HANA related certifications.
Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and ITIL mapping to SAP solutions.
Knowledge of Migration to S/4HANA.
