Configuration and Customization: Tailor and configure the SAP Revenue Recognition module to align with the specific ASC 606 requirements and the organization’s unique needs.
Technical and Functional Specifications: Develop in-depth technical and functional specifications for Revenue Recognition implementations, incorporating ASC 606 guidelines and ensuring compliance.
End-to-End Implementation: Lead the complete cycle of SAP Revenue Recognition module implementation, from requirements gathering through to go-live, ensuring adherence to ASC 606 standards.
Integration Management: Oversee the integration of the Revenue Recognition module with other SAP components and external financial systems for a seamless revenue management process.
Data Migration and Validation: Supervise the transfer of revenue data into the system, ensuring that data adheres to ASC 606 standards and maintains its integrity.
Training and Capacity Building: Organize training sessions and workshops to onboard users to the SAP Revenue Recognition module, emphasizing ASC 606 compliance.
Comprehensive Testing: Collaborate with testing teams to conduct rigorous testing phases, including unit, integration, and UAT, ensuring that the Revenue Recognition system complies with ASC 606 mandates.
Reporting and Insights: Utilize the SAP Revenue Recognition module’s reporting capabilities to provide insights into revenue trends, deferred revenue, and other essential metrics, ensuring all reports adhere to ASC 606 standards.
Hypercare Support: Provide post-implementation support, promptly addressing any system glitches, user challenges, or compliance issues.
