Role – SAP Finance Consultant

Location – New Jersey – Hybrid

Long Term Contract / Full Time

Job Details:

• Finance Solution Lead will be responsible for building applications roadmap for finance and revenue management solution .

• Ensure successful delivery of Integrated S/4HANA (ERP) system solutions and other supporting applications.

• Build, lead and manage a team, along with the associated processes to deliver on finance initiatives across EAG ERP platform

• Ability to design and deliver integrated solution with industry best practices of SAP S4HANA Cloud solution.

• Good understanding of financial data and help in migration

• This Role is expected to provide the necessary leadership for the creation and design of the detailed finance solution architecture and implementation.

• Work closely with business leadership to design and deliver best in class solution

• In close partnership with Finance and Engagement & Billing teams, this position is responsible for the implementation of standardized business processes across the organization and ensuring that they are maintained and adhered to consistently.

• Drive and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders.

• The position will work closely with the business and IT leadership teams serving as leader bringing forth opportunities to leverage the finance solution capabilities to support the efficient running and growth of our organization.

• Building and cultivating strong relationships with integration stakeholders at all levels, including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Development, Security and Production Support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experienced in delivering large scale ERP / SAP Implementation

• Experience in professional services industry with full life cycle implementations

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in SAP Finance application delivery

• 3+ years’ experience in S4HANA implementation and delivery

• Experience in professional services processes for revenue recognition, intercompany transfers and other core finance processes including integrations with project systems and engagement management

• Should be master in Functional Architecture Design and Financial Analysis.

• Should have experience in Business Knowledge and S4HANA Technical Solution Design

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis.

• Flexibility to travel locally and internationally

• Bachelor’s Degree

S/4 HANA public cloud certification

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• MBA or Master’s degree

• Experience in working core finance and accounting

• Experience in implementing SAP in professional services industry
