Position: SAP Functional Consultant – RTR with SAP S/4HANA

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term

Experience & Skill Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years SAP consulting experience with at least 8 years in Financial Accounting (FI)
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Brownfield or Selective Data Transfer) with at least 2 full end-to-end projects preferably on SAP S/4HANA 2020 – 2023 On Premise or Private Cloud Edition (PCE)
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO design and configuration for digital and retail channels, and financial integration
Minimum 5 years of experience in integrating ecom channels with SAP FICO – design, data mapping and reconciliation, retail accounting configuration.
In-depth knowledge of core processes within RTR including data integration and reporting requirements for a publicly traded global company; in-depth design and functional knowledge of given RTR area
Subject Matter Expert for retail accounting processes, knowledge of sales tax processes for digital and retail channels a must
Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging
Good cross module integration knowledge and end-to-end process knowledge in the areas of Order-To-Cash (OTC), Procure-To-Pay (PTP), Plan-To Produce, and Record-To-Report (RTR).
Good knowledge of FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, Bank and Cash Management, CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-CO-PA
Good understanding of Intercompany and Intra-company scenarios
Worked with integration of SAP with third-party Tax software
Ability to participate and lead multiple cross-functional project teams including business and technical stakeholders.
Results driven, team oriented, adaptable to different client situations and quick in learning new skills and methods.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of Agile concept of Project Delivery – SAFe Certification helpful
Subject Matter Expert for SAP FICO integration with Retail and Ecommerce channels
Manage design, develop, unit test, basic debug, coordinate UAT, cutover and hypercare for SAP Retail Accounting area
Conceptualize the solution and get alignment from business and other IT teams
