§ Provide expertise on SAP ME
§ Provide Level 2 SAP ME Support
§ Analyze and identify root cause of SAP ME defects (configuration, data)
§ Test SAP ME solution with Amazon
§ Log incidents and handle messages with SAP maintenance / support
§ Support the SAP ME developers during realization and testing
