JOB Description:

SAP IT Project Manager Seasoned PM, SAP S4 HANA Implementation Experience, SAP OTC knowledge, PMP. Seasoned Senior PM with strong experience with SAP S4 HANA Implementation Experience Strong SAP S4 HANA OTC knowledge. Strong Project Management skills LifeScience Domain is a plus Should possess Excellent communication skills PMP Certification preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Understanding overall program and creating a project plan around SAP implementation project. Liaising with Business to plan the strategy for the Program. Managing project deliverables based on project delivery framework (Unity).Managing procurement processes (contracts, purchasing and invoices).Managing project risks, issues, actions and decisions (RAID log).Coordinating and managing cutover activities during deployment. Communicating on project statuses on a weekly basis. Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary. Facilitating project meetings and sending out meeting minutes. Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems/issues in a timely manner .Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies. Managing daily stand-up meetings Preparing materials for OSC (Operating steering committee) / ESC (Executive steering committee). (1.) Coordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customers (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conduct Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents
