Position: SAP PP Consultant (HYBRID)
Location: Downtown Houston
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining SAP PP modules to meet the organization’s production planning needs. The SAP PP Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with other modules.

Responsibilities:

SAP PP Implementation:

· Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP PP modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Configuration and Customization:

· Customize and configure SAP PP settings to meet specific business needs. This includes master data configuration, work center setup, and production order control.

Integration:

· Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure smooth integration between SAP PP and other modules such as MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution).

Business Process Optimization:

· Analyze existing business processes related to production planning and recommend improvements. Work with stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.

User Training:

· Provide training to end-users on SAP PP functionality and processes. Create training materials and documentation as needed.

Support and Maintenance:

· Provide ongoing support for SAP PP modules, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner. Perform regular system maintenance and updates.

Reporting and Analytics:

· Develop and generate reports using SAP PP reporting tools. Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Documentation:

· Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP PP configurations, customizations, and processes. Ensure that documentation is kept up-to-date.

Preferred Skills:

SAP PP certification.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of ABAP programming language.
