SAP Release Manager

Job Description

JD:

• Must have change management experience with any support tool, such as Service Now or Remedy
• Attention to details is top priority as the job requires production moves validation
• Able to work well in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Technical writing of documents in customer presentable format – creating PDFs, PowerPoints and running with large audience
• Excellent communication skills – English speaking primarily.
• Ability to work in shifts and rotations
• Global communication and interactions required as the delivery teams are in different time zones
• Knowledge of SAP transports is a plus
