Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors

Job Description

Must have 4+ experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central with strong understanding of US Payroll, BSI Tax factory interface, Year-end and Bonus processes .
Must have production support experience providing RCA for incidents involving SF, job failures, data related issues, file errors, connectivity errors, payroll simulation issues etc.
Must have support experience in working with different third-party integrations –
Degreed, EdAssist, Wage works, CIC Plus etc. Understanding of Del Boomi.
Strong HR domain experience
Must have excellent coordination.

Skills

interacting with Internal stakeholders (Operations team , ABAPers etc) and external third-party vendors
especially raising efficient queries with complete analysis/RCA.Support
experience with Payroll control center, data replication, payment configuration would be an added advantage Documenting know-how / creating incident resolution procedure.
Readiness to work in 24×7 shifts with on-call support.
