Bridging the needs of product management, sales, marketing, operations, and product development
Keeping obstacles and distractions out of the team’s path
Acting as the interface between the Scrum team and other people or teams
Coaching the Development Team in self-organisation and cross-functionality
Helping the Development Team to create high-value products
A Scrum Master’s requirements include:
A bachelor’s degree
4 years of product or project development experience
3 years of project development experience on an Agile Team
An equivalent combination of education and work experience
