Job Description

Position: ServiceNow SecOps Developer

Location:- Seattle, WA / Dallas, TX, Kansas (Onsite day 1)

Duration:- 12+Months Contract

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Be well versed with the application deployment and configuration baselines, and understanding of how the application environment operates in a secure environment and how exceptions are handled during operation.
Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to continuously improve the monitoring, management, and reliability of the service.
Define, enhance, and implement enterprise risk management frameworks based on industry standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, COSO, COBIT, PCI, NIST, and HIPAA etc.) on GRC/IRM technologies such as ServiceNow.
Define the architecture and design elements for the implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solution (including design data/object models, technical workflow diagrams, access control models, etc.).
Able to quickly assess issues and provide effective solution.
Facilitate service now training and support team on complex system configuration.
Collaborate with our clients to resolve their business problems by translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
Demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Good scripting knowledge, ServiceNow architecture and data model knowledge across ServiceNow applications.
Experienced in automating processes through flow designer and workflows, automating custom SLAs and notifications via Flow Designer.
Experience in integration of ServiceNow with third party applications like Jira, Slack, and Team etc.
Experienced in implementation of UI policies, data policies, business rules, client script.
Experience in E2E implementation using Relish, Aptis and Boomi etc..
Extensive working experience on GRC/IRM application in ServiceNow.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline
ServiceNow GRC and IRM module implementation experience (like Risk Management, Audit Management, Policy Management, Vendor Risk Management & Security Modules)
CSA/CIS Mandatory and CAD is a plus.
Below certifications are an advantage.
CIS – Risk and Compliance Implementation certification
CIS – Security Incident Response Implementation certification
CIS – Vulnerability Response Implementation certification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

Comprehensive understanding and working experience in GRC domain and ServiceNow GRC module implementation, IRM application working experience.
Implementation certification of ServiceNow GRC is a plus
Experience successfully implementing the ServiceNow GRC platform and processes leveraging the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) framework.
Experience performing continuous improvement initiatives for processes and services
Strong knowledge and familiarity with “Risk, Policy and compliance, Audit and Vendor risk” management processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience
Experience and knowledge of GRC various functions and cross skilled is a plus
Knowledge of other GRC tools.
Experience of employee life cycle events
Proven experience as GRC Consultant, administrator or other GRC position.
Development experience of a ServiceNow instance with handling of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
ServiceNow Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment. Specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications.
System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience
Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, Python, HTML, XML
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of ITIL framework.
