Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Working Location: Fort Mill-SC (Remote)

Project Duration: Contract

• Broad IT experience of 12 to 14 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives

• ·Minimum 7+ years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules, 3rd party integrations.

• ·Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules ITSM/ITOM/HR/SPM/CSM

• ·Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services

• ·Very good verbal and written English communication skills

• ·Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills Responsibilities

• ·Prepare overall architecture for ITSM implementation using ServiceNow

• ·Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept

• ·Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation

• ·Good to have ServiceNow admin (CSA) and implementation (CIS- ITSM/HRSD/CSM) certifications..
