SharePoint/Microsoft Architect – Intranet Portal

Location: DUBLIN, CA (ONSITE)

Job Summary:

We are shifting our focus to prioritize the launch of our Intranet, and as a result, we are seeking Solutions Architects with expertise in implementing Intranet Portal applications using the Microsoft SharePoint application with a Modern SharePoint Online framework. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our internal communication and collaboration platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Intranet Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of our Intranet Portal using Microsoft SharePoint, ensuring it aligns with the Modern SharePoint Online framework.
Architecture Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into a scalable and user-friendly Intranet solution. Create a technical architecture that supports the organization’s needs.
SharePoint Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of SharePoint to implement best practices for document management, content collaboration, and user access controls.
Integration: Integrate the Intranet with other systems and tools to create a seamless and efficient user experience.
User Training: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure employees can make the most of the Intranet’s capabilities.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with expertise in Intranet Portal application development using Microsoft SharePoint and the Modern SharePoint Online framework.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint’s capabilities and best practices.
Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
