Responsibilities:

Monitoring Ownership:

Take ownership of monitoring requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage of key metrics and system health indicators.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance and optimize monitoring processes.

RPA Templates Analysis and Setup:

Analyze and configure RPA templates, incorporating minimal monitoring output for efficient and effective operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA templates seamlessly into the monitoring ecosystem.

Splunk Capabilities Utilization:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the capabilities and functionality of Splunk.

Leverage Splunk to its full potential for data analysis, troubleshooting, and actionable insights.

Configuration Expertise:

Configure Splunk settings to isolate and present “Actionable Events” in the monitoring dashboard.

Implement best practices for Splunk configuration to optimize performance and accuracy.

Training and Support:

Train and support impacted teams on updating and maintaining Splunk configurations.

Provide guidance on utilizing Splunk features to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Splunk Subject Matter Expert or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of Splunk functionality, configuration, and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to configure systems for optimal performance.

Experience in analyzing and setting up RPA templates, particularly with a focus on monitoring outputs.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with scripting languages, especially Python, for customizations and automation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
