Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related with 8+ years of related experience OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of related experience
Lean practice awareness, daily Management, Standard Work, Kaizen’s around Problem Solving
Expert knowledge is a must regarding experience of Excel and/or Google Sheets to enable concise data management of our demand file and queries. Ability to create dashboards, support light SQL language to adjust our dashboards for increased effectiveness. Responsible for all data reporting including ad hoc reports for leadership.
Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple work streams
Experience managing bill of materials (BOM) and large data sets and reporting status in project meetings with Engineering Team(s)
Experience with ERP, data systems (Agile PLM, SAP, Oracle, Tableau, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
Essential job responsibilities:

Responsible for building, maintaining and developing Demand Planning metrics, work in SAP to optimize reporting queries, this involves managing SQL lines and ensuring procurement data is accurate and in line with our business requirements.
Responsible to predict and resolve site specific material planning issues that arise, including over or under delivery and take up immediate actions in the event of material shortages put projects at risk
Resolve material specifications, creating and maintaining company part number within PLM/Agile
Monitor on-hand inventory, customer demand, project schedules, build plans, inventory transactions and material deltas.
Work closely with 3PL in overseeing logistics material management, colocation material delivery requirements, mitigating risk with logistics project managers and 3PL.
Actively support large site Decoms, reviewing, analyzing and auditing all material for effective disposition. Ensuring deployment engineering are following best practices for physical device decom along with proper material packaging per device disposition requirements. Overseeing A-Z on reverse logistics for material management.
Coordinate inventory levels and controls to mitigate material demand impact risk with active safety stock planning, demand forecasts and open orders. Build contingency plans around risk.
Coordination and management of suppliers to organize and ensure scheduled deliveries arrive on time. Or working with to create second sources, change allocations, or develop new partners if required.
Execute flexible material processes to provide shortage risk visibility, correct safety stock levels, aid business efficiency, and drive new process improvements
Lead site materials planning applied across the business, while ensuring Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity, inventory accuracy and inventory movements are handled daily.
Oversee responsibility for E&O process to ensure balance sheet has minimum liability (E&O Reserve impacts)
Ensure strategic and operational information, reports, and metrics are available to business partners.
Collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, upstream support to operational teams
Validate Demand Planning information through direct interaction with Project Team PgM for material delivery scheduling
