Job Description:-

Description: The Technical Writer develops creative, clear-written material in support of the organization’s communications strategies. The Technical Writer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Technical Writer plans, develops, and publishes internal or external communications (e.g., newsletters, brochures, manuals, website content).
Responsibilities including but not limited to

Develop comprehensive and user-friendly materials for cyber security programs, ensuring content is clear, concise, and aligned with industry best practices.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and training team members to gather technical information and translate it into easily understandable documentation.
Create and maintain a knowledge base including manuals, guides, and online tutorials, to support ongoing initiatives.
Regularly update documentation to ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Assist in the creation of engaging content such as interactive modules to enhance the effectiveness of organizational programs.
Conduct reviews and audits of existing content to identify areas for improvement and update documentation accordingly.
Actively participate in training sessions to gain firsthand knowledge of security processes and tools.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Information Systems, Communications or a related field.
Proven experience as a technical writer.
Understanding of IT Development concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
Proficiency in using documentation tools and software.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
