Web Specialist/Designer

100% Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Responsibilities

Be a part of an SEO team responsible for strategy, working with SEO agencies and content writers to incorporate SEO best practices
Manage conversion rate optimization for 40+ websites
Executing and analyzing A/B and multi-variant testing (ads and landing pages)
Building and maintaining KPI dashboards to measure the effectiveness of efforts
Partnering with content strategists and third parties on digital content development
Provide design, direction and UX standards to the web development team
Update website content, including internal links on a regular basis.
Work with product marketing on updating the products and solutions on the website.
Must Have Qualifications:

Need strong Web Designer.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field
7+ years of WEB Designing, digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B finance or eCommerce
Expertise in WordPress
Expertise in SEO, including keyword research, ranking factors, backlinks, etc.
Experience with web design and UX
Significant experience with AdWords and digital advertising strategies
Experience with bid management platforms (Adobe Ad Cloud, Marin, Kenshoo)
Experience with social media, Sponsored content, Retargeting, Display campaigns
Ability to manipulate large data sets and derive actionable insights
Experience with web analytics platforms (GA, Omniture, WebTrends, or Heap Analytics)
Digital marketing campaign planning and management experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks with little to moderate direction
Track record of delivering quality work on time
Experience with data visualization platforms
Experience working with Salesforce.com
