• Wintel L3 Support
• Incident Management, Change Management
• Patch Deployment
• Escalations from L2 Team
• Deployment of maintenance pack on the server
• ILO firmware update
• PowerShell Scripting and Automation
• Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop Support
• New ESXi 7.0 vCenters set up for all DCs.
• All VMs being migrated from vCenters on ESXi 6.5 to vCenters on ESXi 7.0
• New servers set up for required tech refresh for parts of the estate which are not supporting ESXi 7.0 and therefore need to be replaced.
• Migration/upgrade of all VMs from ESXi 6.5 to 7.0
• Work on Decommission of old wherever applicable
• Work with Server owners and get VM hardware and VM Tools updated
• Management Reporting
