Job Description

Title: SAP Functional Consultant (Onsite)
Location: Tallahassee, FL

Must-have skills: 3+ y of exp with SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and CRM architecture; Enterprise Central Component (ECC); Business Intelligence/Warehouse (BI/BW) ; CRM Web-UI, S/4HANA, gov exp, FDOR CAMS, SAP S/4HANA related certifications

Requirements:
• Experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CRM Web-UI, S/4HANA, B/4HANA, Enterprise Central Component (ECC), Business Intelligence/Warehouse (BI/BW) and/or Interfaces in SAP (3+ years);
• Functional SAP experience (required);
• Experience with requirements, design and testing;
• Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications or object-oriented analysis and design;
• Experience with the basic CRM architecture;
• Experience in requirements development, system design, and testing;
• Experience with SAP, Enterprise Central Component (ECC), Business Intelligence (BI), Security;
• Experience with the basic document management.

For Lead position:
• Experience as a project lead with functional staff (2+ years);
• Configuration and project management experience (8+ years):

Preferrred:
• Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Analysis, Physical and Logical design, Resource Planning, Code development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance;
• Experience in migration to S/4HANA (for Lead position);
• SAP S/4HANA related certifications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Assist in the periodic review and revision of the Operations and Maintenance sections of the • CAMS Enterprise Project Plan;
• Perform a preliminary impact assessment of any support requests and provide an impact analysis that covers impact to cost, resources, hardware, software, schedule, and any downstream impact to other IT systems, projects or programs as requested;
• Attend meetings related to CAMS Operations & Maintenance, and any CAMS related modifications or enhancements;
• Provide reports or opinions as directed by the CAMS Project Manager or designee;
• Assist in the proactive management of systems and hardware;
• Assist in the planning, preparation and release of major and minor updates (e.g., hot packs and version releases) to existing software and installation of new software;
• Develop functional specifications to document system changes and enhancements.
