Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a NFR Automation Lead with expertise in AWS, Python, SQL/NoSQL, and a basic understanding of ETL, Spark, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Terraform. The candidate should have familiarity with NFR testing components such as Performance/Resiliency testing, should be a quick learner who can effectively engage with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. – Facilitate the integration of project teams with the NFR testing framework. – Configure setups for efficient project execution and testing processes. – Coordinate various aspects of the NFR testing process, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. – Demonstrate expertise in AWS services like Lambda, EKS, Step Functions, Glue Jobs and Cloudwatch. – Develop and maintain scripts in Python for various automation and integration tasks. – Manage data effectively using SQL and NoSQL databases. – Maintain a basic understanding of ETL, Spark, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Terraform.

Qualifications: – Proven experience as a Technology Lead or a similar role. – Familiarity with NFR testing components such as Performance and Resiliency Testing – Strong knowledge of AWS services and Python programming. – Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. – Basic understanding of ETL, Spark, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Terraform. – Excellent leadership and communication skills. – Ability to work effectively with diverse teams. – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. – Minimum IT experience: 6+ Years
