Scrum Master – Oracle GL/Accounting

Role Description:

Facilitate the integration and configuration of general ledger processes in cloud-based systems, focusing on both ETL and business rule frameworks. This role supports major releases, encompassing GL, AHCS (Accounting foundation cloud Service), and AFCS (Accounting Hub Cloud Services) projects.
Manage multiple boards related to GL, AHCS/ AFCS, GL Process & Configuration.
Oversee the development and implementation of ETL rules in AHCS and business rules in AFCS.
Ensure that all GL process enhancements are in sync with the overarching financial systems upgrades.
Lead Agile planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, ensuring that project goals are met effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale projects.
Experience in managing large-scale financial systems migrations and transformations.
Experience with Oracle Financials (preferably GL, AHCS and AFCS)
Deep understanding of ETL processes and business rules implementation.
Proven leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Jira, Agile methodologies, and Scrum cadences and ceremonies.
Experience in banking and financial services environments.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Scrum Master certification is a plus.
