Job Description
QA Lead
Must have skills:
· 10-12 years of overall testing experience with 3-5 years of lead experience
· Experience working with the offshore team and teams from different time zones.
· Experience in test coordination with cross-functional teams
· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies
· Experience in the Retail domain – specifically supply chain, order management, and warehouse management
· Thorough knowledge of Databases, APIs. Automation testing support for offshore
· Test Management Tools
· Experience in Agile methodology
· JIRA/ Confluence
Key Responsibilities:
· Providing Thought leadership in the testing space
· Creating Test Strategies and Test Plans
· Leading and mentoring offshore team
· Creating/ Reviewing Test scenarios and test cases
· Managing Test Execution, defects, and test reporting
· Maintaining test data and documentation
· Coordinating and communicating with Stakeholders
· Working closely with the development and support teams
· Participating in scrum meetings and ceremonies
