Job Description
Responsibilities:
Use your established network or our robust systems to bring in new business and work on existing mandates.
Work closely with your clients and applicants to understand their requirements and find solutions to their recruitment and search needs
Locate, interview, and prepare candidates for interviews
Handle all negotiations and close deals
Stay organized and maintain ongoing communications with clients and candidates
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in financial recruiting and/or financial search sales or financial sales.
Fearless on the phone, as cold calling is a necessity
Ability to stay organized and follow-up with potential clients and candidates
Self-motivated to maximize your earnings
Comfortable working in databases and Microsoft Word
