Knowledge on BSP creation and customization for Yocto with Linux
Good Experience in developing low drivers
Strong C/C++ skills in Embedded Microcontroller like ARM / PIC controllers
Good understanding in electronics hardware: schematics, data sheets
Ability to use test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyser, etc.)
Experience in telematics technology is a plus: GSM, GNSS, Wi-Fi / Bluetooth, CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, etc.

10+ years of proven experience in a similar role
Ability to solve challenging problems.
Ability to work on multiple aspects of a project while prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, quality-oriented environment
Good documentation skills creating requirements, test plans, proposals, reports
Clear communication skills
