Role and Responsibilities:

5+ years of IT experience in as a functional consultant & Testing in SAP APO, DP, SNP and GATP.
 Good experience in writing business focused test plans which keep technical considerations in sight. Develop, document, and execute test scripts and document and communicate test results to appropriate parties. – Compile test summary reports and run tests on large subsets of data.
 Experience in automation of Regression suite Certified by TOSCA and writing test cases using CTD tool for optimization utilization of test cases.
 Executing regression Testing and perform multiple pass testing. – Identify performance issues. Work with developers, ABAP analysts to resolve issues resulting from testing. Resolve conflicts between technical specifications and functional specifications.
 Delivered many Testing projects successfully so far in T-Mobile including Sprint integration (Racheal and Ross), Brightstar integration Testing, STO Process Optimization Testing, Joint Integration testing Phase I & Phase II, USKU, BOPIS (Buy Online pick Up in Store) Project, UPS Exit, Forecast Horizon and many enhancements on reporting over the years.
 Supporting order confirmations for front end-channels by checking the front-end channel allocations.
 Participate in Sprint Merger Planning Integration meetings to consolidate the Demand plan
 Participate in discussions with Sprint IT team on Monthly and Weekly Changes.
 Daily stand-up calls with Sprint planning teams on File data transfer status and bottlenecks while E2E testing. Design discussions about automating the Interfacing.
 Setting up the UAT Environment and manage the test environment and support UAT acceptance from planners.
 Participating in requirements, functional specification, and technical specification reviews
 Build out and maintain a library of test scripts for regression testing in Quality Center (Qtest)
 Coordinating the review and sign off test plans and test cases with Product & Team.
 Extensively worked on Planning Stores, validated them in SAP APO planning system to plan retail stores.
 Delivered many Test strategy, and Test status documents upon review with business.
 Tested complex Business rules by writing test cases and provided a solution to optimize APO run time from BW source.
 Creation of STO’s through Planning books with Selection profiles in APO and validating the STO’s in SAP ECC as per the business requirements.
 Loading the data from SAP BW to SAP APO and validating the data for all the key figures in Planning books.
 Validated the RSO report for tracking the In-Transit STO’s and future delivery STO’s for the next 4 days and generating the data for Scops Bi team monitoring of process chains & batch jobs, to measure the performance of the process chains
 Extending the SKU’s to stores in ECC and loading the master data into APO through CIF jobs
 Maintaining the CVC in APO for missing material and store combinations for planning books.
 Publishing the DSR (Daily status report) which includes execution progress planned, risks and mitigation plans to the management and business on daily basis.
 Understanding the business requirements of the APO and preparing the test plan documents by reviewing the functional and technical specification documents.
 Provide accurate estimates of effort and timelines for completion of assigned tasks in Jira.
 Coordinating with business on UAT and generating the test data required for UAT testing.
 Getting the UAT sign off after reviewing the test results with PO and Business.
 Created Integration Models for transferring Master Data such as materials, work centers, production version to APO and performed activation of the integration models.
 Created and activated Integration Models for transferring Transaction Data such as PIR’s, PR’s and PO’s, planned orders and production orders.
 Maintained settings in APO for transferring transaction data from APO to ECC and verified the process.
 Created Characteristic Value Combinations for Lower Planning Areas and Upper Planning Areas i.e., at TMO SKU/STORE/Demand Channel level and TMO SKU/Demand Channel level respectively.
 Loaded the data from flat file to Info cube to Planning Area for the Retail Sales History.
 Studied forecasting process by carrying out forecast at different aggregation levels using different forecast models and arrived at optimum solution by comparing the forecast.
 Created the Forecast Master Profiles and Univariate Forecast Profiles.
 Created the variant for SNP Heuristics for the TMO Retail division and also created Supply and Demand Profiles.
 Executed SNP heuristic and verified Creation of Planned Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
 Created Deployment Profile and executed deployment run and verified the Creation of Distribution Demand and Receipt elements.
 Executed TLB run and verified the Creation of Stock transport orders and reflection of the same in ECC.
 Configured and maintained GATP settings in APO under GATP lead. Set up Rule based ATP.
 Troubleshooting issues in GATP and integration to R/3.
 Working knowledge in BOP enhancements involving standard and custom filters and sorts, experience of commonly used GATP BAPIs / BADIs and technical tables, CCR report.
 Good Domain experience with IDOO portal and SAP ECC Sales Order entry and delivery processing.
 Performed Domain, Regression and integration testing extensively and used HPQC, Jira, Qtest for defect logging and defect tracking.
 Experience in automation of Regression suite Certified by TOSCA and writing test cases using CTD tool for optimization utilization of test cases.
