Position Summary:

As a Customer Finance Associate, you will work within the multi-functional customer support team to assist in the planning, execution and management of the sales cycle for assigned markets.

What you’ll do:

Manage the sales administration cycle. Ensure sales programs are in accordance with Gorton’s policies and procedures including pricing & promotions, merchandising and other customer programs and claims management.
Identify and communicate issues, recommend solutions, and lead the resolution efforts in a proactive manner in partnership with Regional Managers and Brokers.
Maintain a high level of initiative and resourcefulness in providing input to the trade planning and budget processes.
Demonstrate ability to work well within the area’s team, including with other Customer Finance Associates, Customer Marketing staff, Region Managers and Broker Personnel.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a Business Administration related major)
1-3 years relevant work experience in a business environment
Strong personal computer software skills in Excel and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to interact extensively with all levels of internal and external contacts.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated initiative and a self–starter
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment dealing with high volume and high visibility.
Ability to travel on a limited basis
