SAP Implementation Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will play a vital role in project utilization by planning and budgeting for projects, monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, evaluating projects, and updating stakeholders on project progress.

This position will likely transition into our SAP Administrator leading the sustainment efforts for the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Project planning and setup.

• Create and maintain project plan incorporating changes and shifts in priorities. • Scheduling consulting and technical resources.

• Manage project budgets: Budget to Actuals including forecasting.

• Project status updates to the Project Plan along with communication to management.

• Identifying issues, risks, and impacts to the project scope, developing a risk management plan to include mitigation.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, technical discipline, or a related field.

• Professional certification in project management such as PMP is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar role and experience managing complex and large-scale projects.

• Experience with SAP S/4Hana Cloud implementation preferred.

• Good knowledge of SAP launch methodology.

• Must have good change management experience.

• Good knowledge of agile framework/methodologies.

• Have a relentless pursuit of process delivery
