Job Description

Title:: GCP Software Engineer

Location :: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)

Duration:: 6+ months

Skills Required:

5+ years professional experience in software development
3-5 years of enterprise experience in either Azure, AWS, GCP with preferably 1-2 years in GCP
Data modeling and database query languages
IaaS and PaaS cloud architecture
CI/CD experience
Public Cloud Service Provider certification(s)
Big Query / SQL Experience
Python or similar automation/scripting languages
Familiarity with IaC Tekton / Terraform is preferable
GCP Cloud Run, Cloud Functions

Skills Preferred:

Background developing applications to monitor and track cloud service cost
Familiar with Big Query, Apache Airflow, Astronomer, Composer, Recommender
Familiarity with modern architectural modalities such as microservices, serverless, event-based, pub/sub, and data streaming
Containerized apps experience with Cloud Run
Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
